Bored Mumma Collective

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, bookings, and hire items provided by Bored Mumma Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, paying a deposit, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once:

The required deposit or full payment has been received, and

Written confirmation has been issued by Bored Mumma Collective.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or secure a booking.
 

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified on your invoice.

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

All prices are listed in AUD.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If a booking is cancelled by the client, any payments made will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

4. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor bookings (including picnics and styling):

Weather conditions are beyond our control.

No refunds will be issued due to weather unless otherwise stated.

Alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

5. Hire Items & Responsibility

All hire items remain the property of Bored Mumma Collective at all times.

By hiring our items, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for all items from delivery/setup until collection

Ensure items are used safely and for their intended purpose

Prevent misuse, damage, theft, or exposure to adverse conditions

Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the client.

6. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Clients are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any hire items that are:

Damaged

Lost or stolen

Stained, broken, or excessively dirty

Repair or replacement costs will be assessed at Bored Mumma Collective’s discretion.

7. Styling Variations

All styling, florals, balloons, and setups are created using our signature aesthetic. While we strive to match inspiration images and requests, exact replication cannot be guaranteed due to:

Availability of stock

Seasonal variations

Environmental factors

Minor variations do not constitute grounds for refunds.

9. Access & Setup

Clients must ensure:

Clear and safe access for delivery and setup

Accurate address and timing details

Any required permissions for public or private locations are obtained prior to the event

Delays caused by access issues may result in reduced setup time without refund.

10. Liability

Bored Mumma Collective is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of hire items or services

Clients accept full responsibility for all guests, children, and attendees interacting with hired items

Use of our services and hire items is at your own risk.

11. Photography & Content

We reserve the right to photograph setups and events for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

​

12. Force Majeure

Bored Mumma Collective is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or emergencies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
